Prince Holdings Corporation announced a new investment in Deluxe Technology Group Co., Ltd., a leading Taiwanese manufacturer of high-end pulp-molded packaging equipment and products, through a third-party placement of new shares. Additionally, Prince Holdings has secured global sales rights for Deluxe products and equipment, with exclusive distribution rights in Japan and India.
The demand for plastic-free packaging, particularly in Europe and Asia, is growing as paper pulp molding emerges as a viable alternative to plastic containers. Electronics or cosmetics packaging, as well as food containers, require stringent quality standards. To meet the high-end needs of these products, advanced manufacturing technologies are essential—and it’s here that Deluxe, with its robust technical expertise and innovative development capabilities, has earned the trust and support of numerous global brands.
Prince Group will leverage Deluxe's manufacturing technology to produce high-quality, sustainable packaging for a wide range of applications—serving as a viable alternative to plastic molded products. As a global integrated packaging supplier, Prince will create innovative fiber solutions tailored to key markets including Japan, India, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and Europe, where its primary bases are located.
